The Men’s Wild Haven

At The Wild Haven Project, we are always looking for ways to deepen our impact and provide meaningful opportunities for people to reconnect with nature and themselves. Our next major step is the launch of a men’s mental health group, designed to create a safe, supportive space where men can come together, share experiences, and find strength through nature-based activities.

Why a Men's Mental Health Group?

Mental health struggles among men often go unspoken, yet the need for support is greater than ever. We recognize that traditional support systems don’t always work for everyone, which is why we’re creating an alternative—one rooted in the calming power of the outdoors, practical skills, and genuine connection.

What This Group Will Offer:

Nature-Based Wellbeing – Engaging in activities like greenwood working, wild camping, and woodland skills to promote mindfulness and resilience.
A Judgment-Free Space – A supportive, understanding group where men can talk, listen, or simply enjoy the company of others.
Practical Skills & Connection – Learning hands-on skills that foster confidence, self-sufficiency, and a deeper bond with nature.

This is just the beginning. As we grow, we hope to expand our programs, reach more people, and continue building a community where nature and wellbeing go hand in hand.

If you’d like to support this initiative, get involved, or learn more, we’d love to hear from you!
